Educational Reformer; Former Head of Expert Committee, Foreign Language Promotion Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan
 

Dr. Mukhammadkhon Soliev is a distinguished educator, researcher, and reformer recognized for his significant contributions to language policy, teacher training, and educational innovation in Uzbekistan. From June 2021 to March 2023, he served as the Head of the Expert Committee at the Foreign Language Promotion Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, where he played a pivotal role in shaping national strategies for foreign language education.
 

He is a graduate of the University of Northampton (UK) and became the first educator in Uzbekistan to receive the prestigious DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) in 2022. His PhD dissertation on rural education models and language learning integration was highly praised by academic faculty at San Diego State University for its originality and applied impact. Dr. Soliev was also honored with a state award in recognition of his transformative work in educational reform.
 

Currently, as the Director of the Innovative Centre in Samarkand, he leads pioneering initiatives that connect language acquisition, digital skills, and vocational education to improve youth employment across rural regions. His interdisciplinary model has influenced both policy and practice, earning international attention.
