Mukhammadkhon Soliev

Mukhammadkhon Soliev, an avant-garde in the realm of language education, is the founder and director of Innovative Centre in Samarkand - a pioneering institution that has shaped language learning and professional education in Central Asia. His extensive qualifications and accreditations, including a B.A. Hons. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northampton, a Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2), and a Certificate of Cambridge English Teaching Qualification from the University of Cambridge bear testament to his commitment to professional development and excellence.

Mukhammadkhon’s journey is studded with numerous milestones and significant accomplishments. In 2018, he introduced international exams in Samarkand, conducting the city's first-ever IELTS exam. This landmark initiative signalled a new era for English language testing in the region. His innovation and diligence were further recognized in 2021 when Mukhammadkhon and his students received high praise from the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The following year marked another significant achievement for Mukhammadkhon as he became the first-ever person in Uzbekistan to be awarded the DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). In September 2022, his PhD topic received high remarks from the scientific community at San Diego State University, further highlighting his academic prowess. In recognition of his contributions to language education, Mukhammadkhon received a medal from the President of Uzbekistan in December 2022.

Over the years, Mukhammadkhon has taught more than 4,000 students, underscoring his commitment to empowering learners. Between 2021 to 2023, he served as a main expert in a Governmental agency under the cabinet of ministers of Uzbekistan, contributing to policy and reforms in education.

Established in October 2016, the Innovative Centre continues to serve as the leading language and professional school in Central Asia under Mukhammadkhon's visionary leadership. The centre boasts an impressive range of prestigious accreditations and partnerships, with a current enrollment of 4,500 active monthly students. The faculty includes global luminaries and world-class experts, reinforcing the Centre's international standing and commitment to fostering innovation and educational excellence.
